Today was second time I've worked with Mike Linan, owner of company. He is very personable and easy to converse with. During yesterday's horrible winds we noticed shingles on our guest house, a manufactured home, lifting over and over. We were sure work would be needed so I called him then. Mike was able to come today and check it out. After walking the roof, he assured us it was ok. The type of shingles (3 tab) are known for what we saw, but they were not damaged. He said the roof should be good another 2 to 4 years and we should have no leakage issues. I highly recommend Capital Siding and Roofing.!!

Mike and his team replaced our siding in February 2023. We could not be happier with the result. We shopped around and found that Mike was MUCH cheaper. But there was no sacrifice in quality. He got the job done quickly and the paint looks perfect. He was very responsive to our questions and even made some recommendations that proved helpful. You’re not going to find a better value in south Austin.
Mike Linan and his workers did an amazing job replacing our roof. He went out of his way to find the color and quality of the shingles that we wanted. Mike always has such a pleasant disposition and moreover wants to make sure that the job is done right. I appreciate his perfectionism as well as his ability to think outside the box when indicated (as with previous work he has done for us). My neighbors have been very complimentary as well!! I highly recommend him!!

I had Capital Siding come out and replace my roof and they did a great job, the roof looked so good we had them do other work as well. They replaced the siding & painted the house and then added on a beautiful Deck on the back of our house and sheetrock work in the garage. We highly recommend them.

We moved to south Austin in 2019 and hired Mike to put up a new roof. I shopped around and found that Capital Siding gave the lowest bid. Mike's started the job soon after and got it done in a few days, without any delay. Three years later, the roof is still in great shape. No complaints.
